LBC Houston terminal expansion
Where connectivity meets storage excellence
LBC is expanding its Houston terminal to meet growing market demand and strengthen its role as a key hub for bulk liquid storage and logistics. The project includes new tank capacity, additional marine infrastructure, and enhanced pipeline access—designed to support the safe, efficient movement of products across multiple transport modes.
Phase 1 of the expansion includes nine new 100,000-bbl carbon steel internal floating roof tanks and two additional barge docks, significantly increasing storage and marine access. Designed for maximum operational flexibility, the expansion scope includes vessel, barge, truck, rail, and tank-to-tank transfer as modes of transport, ensuring seamless product movement.
Each tank will feature dedicated lines with direct marine access for both barges and oceangoing vessels, while multiple crossover lines will be constructed to add maximum flexibility.
The project is on track for completion in Q1 2026.
